Apricot Blossom Ladakh - spring break

   Blooming of apricot flower signifies end of harsh winter and onset of beautiful summers. Ladakh offers stunning views no matter the season you visit. Parts of Ladakh become alive as soft pink apricot flowers start peeping out.  You should not miss to witness this mesmerizing season.  Problems, workloads , targets will be always chasing you.  Life is about picking up right moments to make you pleasing.  If you could make your way through so many problems or responsibilities you would feel life lovable.  Otherwise the routine life would never allow you to escape & breathe freely.

Occasional snowfall can still occur in April but only at higher altitude (above 4,000 or 4,500 metres).
           The high mountain passes of Khardung La and Chang La are still covered with a thick layer of snow and driving through them is an unforgettable experience. The Leh-Srinagar road opens in April . In late April, the frozen Pangong and Tso Moriri lakes start melting and patches of blue-hued water appear with the rising temperatures. This is one of Mother Nature's best spectacles. April brings a lot of pleasing things  in Ladakh.
